The Scribe is the online student newspaper for Hilbert College.

We are the college’s first student-run all-digital news source. We exist to provide students an opportunity to practice real journalism in real time. We are also a source of information and commentary on campus and issues affecting the campus community.

To be on the full-time staff, you must enroll in COM343 or COM443, offered each semester. The courses provide a newsroom-like environment in which we can practice our craft.

If you don’t want to take the class but still want to contribute, you can send articles or story ideas to me, the faculty adviser, at wswearingen@hilbert.edu
